Barista Seminar Mannheim
The next part of the seminar is all about milk. You will learn how to make the finest creamy microfoam, which forms the basis for a perfect cappuccino. After a demonstration, you will practise frothing milk and preparing cappuccinos yourself.
The seminar culminates in an introduction to latte art. You will learn the basics of the art of pouring patterns into espresso with milk and can try out different techniques and patterns such as hearts, rosettas and tulips for yourself.
An open question and answer session and individual advice round off the seminar, so you can clarify any questions you may have and receive personal tips. At the end of the seminar, you will have the opportunity to purchase coffees and accessories so that you can apply your new skills at home.
