Coffee Seminar Mannheim

Experience a special coffee seminar in the cosy ambience of Café BRUE in Mannheim! The Coffee Store GmbH and Café BRUE invite you to discover the fascinating world of coffee.

The seminar begins with an introduction to the basics of coffee cultivation and production. You will learn how ‘The Coffee Store GmbH’, a pioneer of direct trade, has been working closely with five selected farms since 2007 to offer you exclusive parcel coffee. We will explain the various harvesting methods and processing methods such as natural, pulped natural, fully washed and modern fermentation methods.

In the practical part of the seminar, we will introduce you to the technique of coffee tasting. You will have the opportunity to taste various parcel coffees and coffee compositions and discover the subtle differences in aroma and flavour.

In the final part of the seminar, we offer you practical tips on how to prepare coffee. Experience the variety of preparation methods with the RS16 filter and the FE glass. We will also show you how to prepare a refreshing cold brew with the Eva Solo jug. These application tips vary depending on the season and make the seminar a varied experience.

An open Q&A session and the opportunity to purchase the coffees presented will conclude this special seminar. Take the opportunity to clarify your questions and exchange ideas with other coffee lovers.
